Dr. Alisha Armstrong, DNP, CANS: Premier Medical Aesthetics Founder

Dr. Alisha Armstrong brings an unparalleled foundation of clinical expertise to aesthetic medicine. After earning her Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 2008 and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from UT Chattanooga in 2013, Dr. Armstrong dedicated years to high-acuity care, including roles as a Trauma Team Coordinator at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and experience in adult surgical, pediatric intensive, and neonatal intensive care.

This background established a commitment to safety and precision now defining her aesthetic practice.

A Recognized Leader in Aesthetic Injection

After training with the country’s top injectors, Dr. Armstrong founded Premier Medical Aesthetics. In 2019, she became the first Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in the Chattanooga area, demonstrating an elite level of board certification.

Her advanced expertise includes completion of multiple cadaver labs, such as Dr. Chris Surek’s Intensive Advanced Injection Academy. Dr. Armstrong is also a highly respected National Trainer for Revance Aesthetics and Prollenium, traveling across the country to teach other healthcare professionals her refined injection techniques.
