Valerie is the owner of Beauty Boss in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and an artist driven by a unique blend of passion and professionalism. As a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in healthcare, Valerie brings a commitment to safety, precision, and patient-centered care to the world of cosmetic tattooing.

Her journey into the beauty industry was deeply personal. After experiencing her own insecurity from over-plucked 90s brows, Valerie sought out microblading. The resulting boost in confidence and self-esteem was transformative, inspiring her to become a cosmetic tattoo artist to share that feeling with others.
