Jess is the Owner and Master Artist at Boulder Brows, bringing nine years of experience and extensive training to the permanent makeup industry.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Jess received her foundational aesthetics education from the Denver School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics. As a licensed Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, her specialization includes:

• Cosmetic Eyebrow Tattoos (including hyper-realistic techniques)
• Permanent Eyeliner
• Semi-Permanent Freckles
• Saline Tattoo Removal

Jess has completed rigorous advanced training with globally recognized leaders, including Nano-Machine Hairstroke certification from Carthy C, multiple Microblading certifications (Everlasting Brows, Irina Chen Microblading Academy), and specialized #Guybrow training from The Collective by Tina Davies.

Her expertise extends beyond brows: she holds advanced certifications in Saline Tattoo Removal from Teryn Darling of Girlz Ink., and Tinted Lips from the Daria Chuprys Permanent Makeup Academy, where she trained directly under Daria and Kostas Chuprys.
