With nine years as a licensed Esthetician and seven years as a Permanent Makeup Artist, Janell is highly credentialed, holding 10 Esthetician certifications and three Permanent Makeup certifications. She is obsessed with brows and dedicated to enhancing her clients’ natural beauty.
